Welcome to NOLA Gold, Paul Mullen and Kaden Duguid
NOLA Gold Rugby has added Paul Mullen, a seasoned international prop and USA Eagle, and Kaden Duguid, an accomplished lock and Canada international, to its 2025 roster in anticipaation of the Crescent City’s eighth season of Major League Rugby, the highest rugby competition in North America.
The League has evolved from seven teams in 2018 to 11 teams in the coming season.
Mullen has 37 caps at the national level. His extensive professional career includes tenures with Utah Warriors (2021-2024), San Diego Legion (2020), and Houston SaberCats (2019).
Duguid brings the experience of three caps for Team Canada. His career also includes competitive play in France’s Fédérale 1 league with Limoges and Peyrehorade.
